The warranty does not cover:

- Issues caused by improper storage, care, or cleaning.
How to Claim:

- Order ID.
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect.
- Our team will assess your claim and determine if it qualifies under the warranty.
- Approved claims will receive one of the following solutions:
- Free repair of the product.
- Replacement with the same or similar product.
- Store credit if repair or replacement is not possible.
Important Notes:
- A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- For items repaired or replaced under this warranty, the original warranty period applies and does not reset.
